Paddy and Bridget Sheridan ran the Exchange Hotel at Yarrawonga for a period in the early 1900s. It is not known exactly when, but an old copy of a book entitled "The French Present; or easy Dialogues, French and English" by Mme Aublay bears an inscription that reads "J.Sheridan, Exchange Hotel, Yarrawonga, 16/11/14".
The woman in white in the above photo is Bridget Bourke Sheridan, and standing next to her is her husband, Paddy Sheridan. Because the date of the photo is unknown, we cannot guess who the baby in the pram or the young girl is.
